You spend considerable effort to find and recruit the right people, with the skills and values that you want for your organisation. Why then is it so hard to let them get on with the job!? What does it take to really trust your workforce to do the right thing? Do all those policies & procedures, your systems and sign-offs really help to maintain control of your organisation? And what does that do to the passion and engagement of your people?
In this programme we will help you bring more trust into your organisation and address some of the fears that are at the root of not being able to let go.
In this course we will look at what trust is and how it drives organisational performance and behaviours. We will explore the fears that stop us from fully trusting our workforce, including the pressures from regulators, commissioners and other stakeholders. We will discover how trust, vulnerability and psychological safety interrelate. And we will practise the behaviours, skills and attitudes that help build - or destroy - trust. Finally we will help you construct the practical measures that will allow you to make the first steps to increase trust in your organisation.
Four 4-hour sessions in a small group in the space of 4-6 weeks. Sessions can be provided on-line or in person.
