Leading a change process can be a lonely existence, especially when you are introducing innovative concepts such as self-management and autonomy which may be quite new to you too. And - by nature -, the introduction of these concepts require the leadership to adopt a delicate balance of inspiring and encouraging their organisation, while steering clear of prescribing and dictating. Reflecting on this with coaches who understand this challenge, and with whom you can navigate your own way forward, will help to deliver this change process effectively and efficiently.

Aimed at providing a safe space to reflect and explore on what is working well and not so well, and develop greater insight into what roles the leader might play in the change process and which next steps to take.
