A two-stage programme in which teams make the shift towards taking ownership of their performance. Stage 1 focuses on establishing the conditions for a highly effective empowered team, and the mastering of the tools, practices and support that are required for the team to deliver. Stage 2 provides a regular refresh and re-calibrating of the team's practices to maintain that high level performance.
Stage 1: Four 4-hour sessions in the space of 4-6 weeks.
Stage 2: Three refresh sessions in intervals of 3 months with a periodic check-in.
Both can be provided on-line or in person.
Teams of any kind (leadership teams, operational teams, project teams, etc.) that seek to improve their performance and cohesion through a better understanding of their purpose, more autonomy on how to deliver and improved confidence through clear processes.
